Requirement
Demolition of existing structure. Construction of a 14 level inner city apartment complex, complete with basement pool, gymnasium and basement carparking.
Delivered in a demanding time frame with the constraint of constructing a large multi level building on a main arterial road within Auckland CBD.
Construction of the building frame using structural steel. Understanding of inner city noise constraints in apartment living zones.
