Overview
The requirement was for the construction of a new two level policing facility for the Glen Innes district. The building is finished to provide a high level of serviceability over a long period.
Lawton’s were able to provide continuity of daily operations by managing the relocation of Police staff into temporary facilities arranged within the rear station carpark. Construction was completed on time and within budget, enhancing Lawton’s solid relationship with both the client and consultant.
