Requirement
Mobil’s requirement was to demolish and rebuild an existing North Shore Service Station site in a very demanding time frame. Work included rebuilding of the retail store, complete replacement of complex fuel services, extension the existing forecourt canopy and complete reconstruction of the forecourt and site access.
In depth forward planning and coordination of many subcontractors along with a high degree of project management was key to a successful delivery of the project on time. Particular emphasis is also placed on the very high safety standards expected by the client.
